Those who join the PTO will have full access to this website which includes tracking your volunteer hours online! So download & print the membership form today, attach your check and have your child turn it into his or her homebase teacher.

How does the PTO use its funds?
100% of all funds raised go directly back into SF. The PTO:

*helps to pay salaries *purchased new equipment for the kindergarten playground *remodeled the PTO kitchen *purchased and maintains SmartBoards for the classrooms *provides teachers with classroom money and money to purchase books at the Book Fair *hosts the Meet Your Teacher Drop-In, PTO Open House and 8 PTO General Membership meetings *supplies food, volunteers and additional help to events such as Art Fest, Science Fair and Field Day *provides lunches and snacks for teachers on a regular basis *reads to many students through our Braves Buddies program *gives tours of SF to new families *distributes a student directory to every family *maintains an interactive website to keep families involved and informed *distributes a semimonthly newsletter, the Braves Bulletin *hosts spirit days and sells spirit items to promote our school *organizes our Halloween carnival, Freaky Friday *hosts Very Important Person (VIP) Day *coordinates events for Teacher Appreciation Week *provides many volunteers to help around the school grounds, in classrooms, during standardized testing, on field trips, in the library and nurses office and so many other places in the school.

How does the PTO raise money to pay for all of the equipment, technology, landscaping, salaries, activities, etc.?

The PTO has many fundraising opportunities that include:

*PTO Membership Dues *Baskin Robbins, Chick-Fil-A and Hooligans nights where the business gives a percentage of the proceeds from that night to SFPTO *Innisbrook Fundraiser (wrapping paper) *Cookie Dough Sale *Silent Auction *Business Partner Program *Box Top Collection and Store *Local Merchants Program where you identify yourself at a local store and they give SF a percentage of the proceeds (Target, Piggly Wiggly, Publix, Office Max…)
